    If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

    The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

    • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

    • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

    • Service refers to the Website.

    • Website refers to Chthonic Company.com, accessible from www.chthoniccompany.com

    • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

    International Shipping notice:
    VAT tax Europe

    Buyer is responsible for customs and tax (VAT) charge in their country. There will be no refund if the package is sent back without tax charges in your country or if the package is destroyed by customs. 

    Refunds and Returns

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or in some instances of buyers remorse


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with a store credit.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping times and estimated processing times:

Most shipment times (fulfillment times) are listed under each product under the  "shipping" dropdown menu, please note these are estimated times, and these refer to the time it takes to process and send/fulfill your Order, these times are periodically updated to account for order volume, estimated order volume, packaging time, etc. The shipping service You choose at checkout determines the total number of days it takes to receive your Order. After Your Order has been fulfilled and sent you may track it in the "Shop" app,  by signing in to Your account, typing Your provided tracking number into the courier site, or you may wait for the periodic email updates.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within two hours of ordering without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation after the two hour period prior to your purchase, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 15 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods or confirm your canceled order within the two hour period. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
